In the business category of up to 30 employees we were rated #5! This is extra special for each person at the law firm as we are the only personal injury law firm in the Top 100.

The results are based on confidential employee surveys and the level of employee participation. Surveys are broken down in 10 categories including, benefits, communication, corporate culture, hiring and retention, executive leadership, performance standards, responsibility and decision making, rewards and recognition, training and education, and workplace environment.
